The trigonometric form of a nonzero complex number is
r*(cos theta +i*sin theta),
where rgt0 is the absolute value of a number and theta in [0,2pi).
Here r=sqrt(9+3)=sqrt(12)=2sqrt(3) and theta=arctan(sqrt(3)/3)=pi/6.
The answer: 3+sqrt(3)i=2sqrt(3)(cos(pi/6)+i*sin(pi/6)).
