How many stars like the Sun are there?

According to NASA, there exists approximately 200 Billion stars or more, the Sun being one of them. Since the question focuses not only on the number of stars in the galaxy but the number of Sun-like stars, we could suppose that the question is interested in the number of solar systems in the galaxy. However, this is a question that is difficult to answer. It appears that nobody knows the actual number of solar systems in the galaxy. This is because it is difficult to find planets orbiting other stars, since these planets shine by the light that they reflect from these stars, which is little. Also, the stars, together with the planets under their control, are often too far away to be studied at all. However, using new emerging methods, scientists have so far discovered more than 500 solar systems. Scientific estimates point to as many as say 100 Billion solar systems in the galaxy.
