I believe that this question is asking about events that occur in act 1, scene 3 of the play. Macbeth and Banquo come across the witches, and the first witch greets Macbeth as thane of Glamis. The second witch then greets him as thane of Cawdor. This is the first prophecy because Macbeth has not yet been granted this title. The third witch then announces that Macbeth shall be king. This is the second prophecy. Banquo is a bit upset that Macbeth gets a nice greeting with a good future prediction, and he wants to know if they have anything about him. The first witch gives Banquo a rather cryptic answer that he is lesser than Macbeth but also greater. The second witch continues this line of thinking by telling Banquo that he is less happy and happier than Macbeth at the same time. The third witch then tells Banquo that he will not be king; however, his descendants will be. This is the third prophecy.
Thou shalt get kings, though thou be none.
